Office 2019 Professional Plus Key

What you get

After payment you receive a 25-character Office 2019 Professional Plus product key by email, instantly in most cases (a system delay can occasionally add 5–10 minutes). The email includes the link to Microsoft’s website and our step-by-step installation guide, and the key is also saved under My Account → Keys.

What’s in Office 2019 Professional Plus

Professional Plus is the most complete edition of Office 2019, with seven desktop apps:

• Word, Excel and PowerPoint for documents, spreadsheets and presentations
• Outlook for email, calendar and contacts
• OneNote for notes
• Access for databases
• Publisher for flyers, brochures and newsletters

Compared with Office 2016, Office 2019 added new Excel functions (TEXTJOIN, CONCAT, IFS, SWITCH, MAXIFS and MINIFS), funnel and map charts, Morph and Zoom in PowerPoint, Focus mode and Learning Tools in Word, and support for SVG icons and 3D models in documents.

Office 2019 support status

Microsoft ended support for Office 2019 on 14 October 2025. Office 2019 still installs, activates and works as before, but Microsoft no longer releases security updates or fixes for it. If you open email attachments and files from the internet every day, a supported version is the safer choice: Office 2021 Professional Plus (support end date 13 October 2026) or Office 2024 Professional Plus (supported until 9 October 2029).

License and activation

This is a retail Office 2019 Professional Plus key for one PC. You redeem it on Microsoft’s official website, setup.office.com, with your Microsoft account, then download Office from Microsoft and activate it online. Because the key is redeemed to your Microsoft account, the download stays available in your account.

Is it genuine? Why is it cheaper than Microsoft’s price?

Yes. It’s a genuine Microsoft key that you redeem and activate on Microsoft’s own website. We buy unused keys from companies that purchase Microsoft licenses in large batches and have more than they need. We get that surplus for a fraction of the retail price and pass the saving on to you.

The key you receive is exactly the one described here: a retail Office 2019 Professional Plus key for one PC, activated online.

How to install and activate Office 2019 Professional Plus

1. Uninstall any other version of Office on the PC, including trial versions that came with it.
2. Go to setup.office.com, select Get Started and sign in with your Microsoft account (or create one for free).
3. Enter your product key, choose your language and select Redeem.
4. Download Office from your account and run the installer.
5. Open Word and sign in with the same Microsoft account if asked. If the activation wizard appears, choose “I want to activate the software over the Internet”. Office activates online.
